It takes time, as plants grow. Our bodies are similar. Be patient and take these if your teeth need help. They work, but like everything that works, takes time. Mine have gone frome brown to beige. Not bad. Some parts white, and enamel is better too. To undo 30 years in a year is quite a feat!

In addition to the very positive review I have already written for this stellar product, I've recently started using in a homemade toothpaste and mouthwash.
This was accomplished by dissolving several of the tablets in water.
For the paste, I mixed in diamataceous earth and a combo of coconut, castor and sesame oils. Mix until a paste is formed and brush. I also smear this on my teeth at night, then put on my night guard. Very good results including stain removal.
For the wash - dissolve the tablets in water, added some mineral salt, d. earth and charcoal. Very good.
I really love this product. I've only been using it for a week, or so and already notice a difference in how my teeth feel. I'm able to chew on the side where a molar has been strongly compromised for years, and also my teeth feel like there is literally an extra layer to them. I will definitely continue using!

I’ve been using it every day 4-5 times per day for about a month and a half now to try to reduce some tooth sensitivity and heal the beginning stages of a cavity, along with staphysagria remedy.
