I’ve only been taking it for about 2 weeks so I haven’t noticed much yet. They taste sweet. It isn’t clear whether I am to swallow them or let them dissolve under my tongue. Instructions say take with water. I let them dissolve under my tongue for faster absorption then drink the water.
